STP username: copacatana, I have setup a wire to STP from my BOA account too STP BOA account on May 16th the Check was cashed on 5/23 to STP account 5800956491 but has not been forward to my username. I have setup in STP System Tickets # 217872,219057,226476 and 228501 and NONE have been responed to. The # 705-731-0908 is always Busy and 877-801-1777 is always just a dialtone. This Inquiry and online support is by far the WORST in any Payment processing system out there. I have 3 others Paypal, Payza and NXpay and they ALL operate better in responding....

    Have you got any response from STP at all?
    I am in a simliar situation. Sent wire transfer of $4020 to STP from my bank on 5/31. Still showing up in my account as pending. Attempted every possible way to contact STP, But no response from STP at all. The customer service from STP is just a joke. None of the contact method published on the website seems working. I opened two tickets as well, #232112, 233154 which doesn't seem to do anything at all. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Don't know if there are really anyone working as customer support in the company.

  • I did receive an email response from STP yesterday and my account was cleared for use yesterday. The STP saying that the time for STP to clear up my account is within the timeframe they stated on web (3-7 business days) for wire transfer. Actully it was 2-5 business days on web. But anyway, It is a relief that they finally get back to me and release my fund. Not sure if it is released by the person who answered my email or it was about the time for them to release it. I guess this company is OK in terms of the safty of your money. But the customer service with this company REALLY has a big room for improvement. They need to know that this is the people's money they are dealing with and should at least give some kind of assurance (such as some kind of response to the inquiry) on the money people send in. Hopefully you can get yours soon. You can try to email to this account:
