5 days ago I purchased music from itunes,after the glitches were fixed, I got what I paid for.It took 3 days to get the entire 25 or so tracks, they only know why I had to re-download 99 previously purchased tracks from 2011 to get to the new purchases!
Today I made a much smaller purchase to see if they are actually glitches or is it harrassment?If you're wondering if I had the latest software version Yes I do.
You decide please!
6 tracks of music costs:$6.84 I confirmed the amount,but only 5 tracks appear in the download window.I pause the download immediately,but there isn't a back button to get what I'm missing,and it's to late for cancel after I confirmed.
I contact the music vendor "itunes"via an old support e-mail from 5 days ago.Still (waiting for reply),check my credit card account,the money has already been collected,I paused the download before any track could finish.So(curiosity) I check my library and (three) of the six are there and I don't think any money should have been collected until I get what I'm purchasing.
The original one that was missing was the one not on the downloading list which I reported as missing.But, magically it appears in the library,[but not on the download list]successfully downloaded,and 2 others.
I already e-mailed the vendor this particular track was lost and the download is on pause until I get ALL that I purchased and paid for.So now it's not 1 track it's 3 tracks.And the page I started my info/complaint on is totally different now.So now it takes more corresponding via internet sources and time consuming confusion.
I have to ask is this harassment,or some kind of cyber stalking taking place here?
