This is what I sent Pure Collagen (using their 'contact us') section of their web-site) on the 6 Jun 2012:
'1. I ordered your free anti-aging treatment sample product on 5th May 2012.
2. You withdrew $3.88AUD from my account on 8th May 2012. I suspect this was a delivery charge.
3. Another payment was withdrawn of $92.68 on 23 May 2012.
4. The SAMPLE PRODUCT only came TODAY - 6 June 2012.
5. I am supposed to have 15 days to try the product, prior to being billed for any further supply of your Product, in accordance with your Trial Terms & Conditions.
6. As of this date (6 June 2012) I have not received Product against the payment of $92.68.. In accordance with the system you currently use, 14 days of the 30 days (nearly half the period) has already expired (from date of payment) to be able to return this next delivery, if I not satisfied.
7. As of this day (6th June 2012) I give notice to please CANCEL any further SUPPLY of your Pure Collagen Anti-Aging Facial Serum product to me, therefore from this day (6th June 2012) I do not authorise any further payments to be withdrawn from my account. Please REMOVE my account details from your financial system, once a refund in accordance with paragraph 9, below, occurs.
8. Please provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number so that I can return the forthcoming package of Products (once delivered to me) to your company - post haste - to Pure Collegen Dai Post, 17 Capital Court, Braeside, Vic, 3195, Australia.
9. I would expect that a refund of $92.68AUD would be due once the package is returned. We have not money we can just throw away.'
10. I have also requested that they cancel further orders using their 'cancel request' section of their web-site. My branch of our bank said they get these issues 3-4 times a month - do not get trapped in an online delivery payment cycle (Last time I'll buy anything this way on-line). I have also cancelled my Visa Card - on my banks advice.
