The company left a voicemail for me stating that they had TWO paychecks returned to them (one from Dec 2010 and the other from January 2011). I got in touch with them to have them resend the checks but they sent only ONE.
Whenever I phoned or sent an email regarding the other check, they'd only mention the first check they sent. The last time I sent an email regarding the second check, they sent this rude response:
"We will continue to send the SAME response. Please read your e-mail:
This is the address we have in the system. We mailed the check on Friday."
After doing some research, I learned from a person in CA that had also been ripped off by this company. They have no problem phoning and sending emails at all hours of the day or night. But when they're supposed to pay the employees, there's always a problem. They even had the audacity to send an email to me last month asking me to log in after they refused to send my second check!!!
This is NOT a company worth working for.
