I authorized this company to take $14.90 per month out of my account to have access to a service to process credit and debit cards on my website.
It turns out they were taking an extra $133.90 out of my account on a monthly basis. When I asked them to close the account, they refused and said I could only cancel it with a special form which is an excuse to keep the account open. I both emailed, verbally requested the account closed and mailed them their special form. They were rude and would not give the money back. Moreover, I have no had to change my bank account information.
