Ammy called me and told me they were microsoft techs. I thought ok this is fine and then they ran me through the steps and then it said allow id numer blah blah blah and I got upset and said this better not be a scam and he said he felt insulted that I thought that. I then thought well... So i accepted and he then had access to my computer. He first went on the internet trying to get on my facebook then into my pictures because i can see from home what he does. He didn't do anything to support my computer he also said he was going to call back with the information about the computer and he didn't. So he just searched my computer. He also tried to get me to give him $100 for a warranty that my computer that they say was expired.... I am so angry right now... I now cant go on my computer because I don't want them getting my information... What do i do?
