I checked my checking account. A $30.00 check was submitted by cash advance Capital Payday phone 866-766-1710. Called them several times to complain. Always the same answer. I applied for a loan and the $30.00 was the application fee. I never authroized this debit. Said the $30.00 would be subtracted from the intrest of the loan. Sent me to capitaladvanceloan.com/login. It was not a lender site, just another broker or whatever who finds lenders. Each time I called I spoke with someone with an India accent. They said they were located in Las Vegas and gave me an address. My bank returned the check, but they tried to submit it again today and it got returned. I should Know better than to trust the internet. I'm now getting calls 10 calls a day from indian speaking people with every kind of loan. They have my info so don't where this will lead.
