we saw the add on craigslist for a great home to rent at a great price. they were from malaysia and said they had to go back for business. they wanted someone clean and good to move into the house. first it started out withpaying them the deposit to get the keys sent. then it went to us liking it so much they made us pay the whole rent and deposit and sing the lease agreement and they would have the keys mailed. it was very convincing because he mentioned his lawyer checking on things and going over everything. he was having his secretary handle it too. the name paul upson was what we sent the money to in malaysia. i should have known better but it was a great home.
