I received an email that I believed to be from my parents and in it was a link to Breakout Incomes. I went to the site. It sounded okay. A little extra money working from home. I purchased the Pro Advantage 90 for $49.00 with a credit card. The next day in the afternoon I find out from my parents that they DID NOT send me that email! That they had been hacked and that others in their contacts had been sent that email as well! My heart sank~~~ Oh crap what have I done! I immediately called my credit card company & reported the situation. By the time I had found out that we had been scammed I tried to call to cancel and refund the purchase but the message said that they were closed. So the first thing the next morning I called. I spoke with Bruce and told him the situation. He was very defensive & rude. He kept cutting me off when I was trying to speak. He claimed that they were not a scam and that their company was certified by Ebay. A one time fee with a great oppportunity to make money he said. I told him I was not interested. I told him I wanted to cancel my order and reminded him that the site says that they guarantee refunds. I told him that I wanted to speak with the manager & that if they would not refund my money that I would notify my credit card company of their refusal. Bruce put me on hold. Next Sam answers the phone saying that he is the supervisor. He said that it was true that they have a 30 day money back guarantee but that he could not refund the money unless I went to a certain pdf file, printed/filled it out, and then faxed it to a number. I asked why they couldn't just refund my money like other companies do and his answer was "because our banking is different." UMMMMMMMM That sounds very fishy & really like a scam!! All normal companies when you want to cancel can just simply do that over the phone. I did not feel comfortable filling out and faxing anything to a company that does not seem to see anything wrong with someone hacking into peoples accounts and attaching the link to the site. Bruce & Sam only cared about money! They were rude! No care that someone was hacked and sent an email under false pretense. I contacted Ebay to see if Breakout Incomes was certified with them and the person could not say. She suggested that I send the email that I received to their spoof department. So then I googled Breakout Incomes which is where I found this and many others who have filed complaints about being scammed, treated rudely, and not getting their refunds by Breakout Incomes.
