I was trying to set up a Globel Tel Link Account for my son who is in prison. I went online and saw this great 80% discounted site called Jail Call Solutions and OMG its a total SCAM!!!! I was given a local phone numer and a 2 diget code #60 and was told not to tell them about Jail Call Solutions..mind you this is after the fact That I already gave them my Credit card number!!!! So once I was transferred to Globel Tel Links the line went dead...I was told that after I spoke to Globel Tel Links to call Jail Call Solutions back and they would fax over my phone information well guess what...the phone number I was given was not a phone number!!!! I am really Pissed Off! I had to call My credit card company and dispute the charge and CANCEL my card... really???? Who is the asshole that would take advantage of people in total distress........They should be lined up against a wall and shot in the head!!! VISA WAS ALREADY AWARE OF THIS SCAM AND TOLD ME OF MANY OTHER COMPLAINTS!!! OMFG!!!! NOW I'M STUCK WITH NO CREDIT CARD FOR 2 WEEKS AND WAS TOLD TO MONITER MY CARD FOR ANY OTHER TRANSACTIONS!!! AND TO REPORT ANY ACTIVITY BACK TO VISA!!! CAPITOL ONE/VISA WAS VERY ACCOMADATING AND RECEIPTIVE TO FRAUDULANT ACTIVITY I ASM VERY HAPPY WITH THERE RESPONE AND DELIGENCE TO CORRECT AND HELP WITH THIS MATTER.......OMG!!!! SOME PEOPLE SUCK!!!! JAIL CALL SOLUTIONS SHOULD BE IN JAIL AS FELONS!!!!
