Realtors in Pismo beach did not disclose information on a purchased home. I contacted Cindy Doll and she stated they do protect the consumers. What a scam. They do not protect any consumer at all. They lie.. They hold ethics board meeting. They record private information..They sell this to other agents.. They protect all the bad agents .. They hire lawyers to make you out to be the crazy person imagining you had a bad realtor.You do not get a chance to talk. I taped a whole ethics board meeting and only one realtor asked an ethical question. Not one would stand up to injustice. Nothing will ever change here until Cindy Doll and her kind are held accountable.They are racist.. Arroyo grande is about keeping it all white and the agents are all mostly all criminal.Most agents who are good wonder if they can stand working with such bad ethics.. This will stop soon as HUD has been contacted and a compliant filed with DFEH..Against Ocean Oaks.. senior community ,Keller and Williams, Century 21 hometown sheila Hardy. Hire a lawyer if you are to make any real estate transactions in this community..

This is SUCH a fraudulent bunch of statements, not to mention this woman is using a fraudulent name to post it. Since I intend to keep her name confidential, I can't share her name, but I guarantee it's nothing even similar to "Kate". Her statement that we "record private information" and "sell this to other agents" is ridiculous and false. She said she "taped a whole ethics board meeting" which was done illegally. Her ridiculous, pathetic claim that "they are racist" and "Arroyo grande is about keeping it all white" is not only false, it's plain stupid......and "Kate" is white herself, so what is that dumb statement all about? It is simply amazing that anyone could dare post fraudulent nonsense like this, and find others who believe it.

Arroyo Grande is no hotbed of diversity. The population is 88 percent white, 11 percent Latino and less than 1 percent African American, according to 2009 U.S. census estimates.

Within days of the cross burning, there was sharp disagreement about the seriousness of the crime. Several journalists said that police and city officials, including Mayor Tony Ferrara, initially described the cross burning as a "prank" and were hesitant to declare it a hate crime. Ferraro, in an interview two weeks ago, said that a lack of communication had led to accusations that village officials were playing down the incident. He said that officials had put together a task force that included the FBI and the county district attorney, and treated the incident as a hate crime from the beginning.

"This is a closely knit community. We were all affected by this crime, so we're going to get it right," he said of police efforts to bring the culprits to justice. The same day, John Hough, co-commander of Arroyo Grande's 26-member police force, predicted that "we'll soon have a break in this case." So far, none has been announced.
