I ordered the Dark Shadows TV Series in April, 2012. The set I received had several non-playing discs. From my confirmation email, I replied back to them advising them of the malfunctioning discs and asked for their replacement policy. I received no response. I attempted to reach them three times. There is not an address or a telephone number listed to contact their office. I used a credit card for the purchase and now have have a dispute over the charge. The credit card company is contacting them and have advised me to return the disc set. Luckily, I have the return address on the original packaging box.

- CW Markteting is MY website- and I have nothing to do with dvd sales. I just received 2 calls today. It is the first I've heard about it. I am in no way related to RubyTV and have no idea how this could happen. Good luck in figuring your end out- I have no idea where to begin sorting out this mess, but I WILL.
