They took money out of my account and i called 7 times to find out if mom got it and never did they are a freud. don.t get life station unless you want to donate money to them. I think it is a sin to steal from the elderly.

Hi Rebecca,
My parents used this service for 2 months. When they cancelled and returned the equipment, they were billed for an additional 30 days. Their website says there are "no hidden fees," but this was not disclosed until the service was cancelled. When I called and was transferred to the accounting department, the representative hung up on me. I don't feel it it fair to charge for 30 days of service that is not received - especially since most of their customers are seniors who can't afford this extra charge. -
