To whom it may concern,I sent an email stating I would like to return the merchandise I received due to it is not an authentic Michael Kors handbag,I emailed your company prior to my purchase and asked are your handbags replicas/designer inspired or authentic Michael Kors the email I received stated the handhags are authentic. After careful inspection and comparison of an authentic Michael Kors handbag and your company's handbag it is not an authentic Michael Kors handbag and due to the misleading email I was not able to make an informed purchase therefore I wish to return the item for a refund,I need the information so I can return the item in the alotted time. Your site states hassle free returns.
