i had to give credit information in order to try to obtain father's military records, which i never could access, kept asking for credit information for a supposed free day trial. have been trying to cance subscription since i didnt receive any information from this source and dont want to be charged to be a member. keeps telling me to contact support staff to cancel but there is no such site available
