Decided to check my bank statements and noticed £10.00 a month had been taken out of my Visa account since December2011 by Completesave.I really should have noticed this earlier !!! I obtained their telephone number and spoke
to a lady (Sanji ) she informed me I had signed up when reserving a room through Premier Inn. I explained I had not knowingly done this and I asked for
a refund.Sanji told me I would receive one and gave me a cancellation ref 32826271 but this would take up to 10 days.I will now see if they are true to their word.
