I went on their website and orderd 3 items for the price of 2 because they offered 100% refund guarantee if I wasnt happy with the purchase.I wasn't so for the past 6 weeks I have been emailing the address on their website and have got no replys back.I have phoned the number on their website numerous times in the past 6 weeks also and only get the sales department.They tell me I can't speak to a manager or supervisor, nor can I speak to customer services +neither can they put me through to the refunds department. They tell me they will pass on my message+some one will ring me back within 24 hrs, obviously this is all lies
