Simply put; the damn thing doesn't work, yet the company seems to be able to debit the user account with no error... MORE THAN ONCE A MONTH!

I downloaded this application and found that it didn't really work in the way I thought it should. I figured that I had to follow the EXTREMELY ANNOYING maleware prompts that led me to input my credit card information to the Just Cloud site. Once I did, nothing changed about the functionality of the application... None of my data was SUCCESSFULLY uploaded but yet the charges began rolling in. So, I sent an email requesting cancelation.... No cancellation, no functionality, more charges....

So, I went ahead and tried to call the number on the credit card statement listed as JustCloud. The phone system put me in que to hold for at least 15 minutes and stated “You are now first in line…” 5 minutes later, the robotic voice system then exclaimed “Sorry, your call could not be connected…”…. I am now three payments into this relationship with Just Cloud without any response from the support team in regards to a cancelation, refund, or even a fix for their crappy app! WTF!?

Just Cloud is clearly some kind of European scam and it won’t fly here in America! I have already begun the process of reporting this organization to the Better Business Bureau and if you’re uploading your files to Just Cloud, you should too!

  • At this point I have 12 emails from Just cloud and still no solution. I'm signed up for unlimited storage but only getting 15 megs. What's weird is that every email is answered by a different person (or name). Never the same name follows up their own email.

    Apparently there's no technically savvy people there. All answers are copy and paste responses. Sometimes completely irrelevant. Getting the same suggestions more than once, even after telling them it won't work.

    Overall an experience from hell. And this is the second time I've signed up for their service. Where are these positive reviews coming from?
