I was checking my bank account and found a charge to my bank account of $9.20.
There was a number with the withdrawal so I called it. I got a foreign person, which you cannot understand of course. I told her that I wanted to cancel this charge and she said that I was the 4th person to call and cancel. First I just wanted to know what it was for. Then she hung up without a goodbye or anything. I have tried to call again and again, but no response. They say they are too busy and to call again during working hours. what are their hours? I guess this is one for the BBB. I want my money back!!!
