I ordered the trial version of Alluria and Veloura online. The trial was 3.99 and 4.99. In actual fact it was not a trial version but the a full size bottle. After 7 days they charged my credit card 79.47 and a few weeks later sent me another shipment(which I have still not received) and charged my credit card 92.42 and 5 days later 88.69. I called and cancelled but they didn't have a record of my phone call. They wanted the name of the person I was talking to, of course I couldn't remember that. They refused to credit the money back even when I would return the product that was still in the mail. They said it is not their policy to refund automated shipments. This company's sales practice is sketchy and not consumer friendly. BEWARE! They are skamming.
