I bought sandals from Anne-Shoes and paid with Paypal. Found out company was a fraud. Filed complaint with Paypal to get my money refunded. The company sent me a shower cap. The only way to get my money refunded by Paypal is to send the product back with a tracking number. Because it is overseas, it would cost me more than the sandals originally cost! The most upsetting thing in searching about the Anne-Shoes company is that Paypal is aware of them scamming people and they are aiding and abetting! Why are the accepting these transaction and making the buyer suffer when they could easily put a stop to it.

I had the exact same problem with a fraud site ...but I haven't got to the part where PayPal doesn’t refund the money or help on the refund.
But I agree with you. I don’t understand why PayPal accepts these transaction and with this is making the buyer suffer when they could easily put a stop to it. How can a reliable site as PayPal associate with fraudulent sites

- I had the same problem with the same company. I filed a dispute with pay pal and lost. I then called pay pal, and they refunded my money.
