Aurisupport charged $49.95 on my bank account for an item I did not order. I called and they said I did. I must return the item for a credit. This is a scam the same as other people have submitted. I do not know how they get the card information but I did not order this item. They said I ordered this on 6/06/12 and they charged my account on 6/11/12 Phone number to Aurisupport 800-599-1197
