My boyfriend and I saw Matt's add on Craig's list. He was advertising for a partiner. We went and met wth Mattt, didcussed contract and LLC. After the money was wired from my account Matt started to avoid us. He pulled out of the 2 malls he had a signed contract with. To make a long story short.... We have never seen a penny of the money he owes us including the $5,000 he tolk from us under false pretenses. We filed civil and criminal charges. We recived a call from the investigating offfice and he told us the Prosecutor doesn't want to prosecute this case. We were so devistated to hear that this guy is going to continue to take advantage of good people like use with No consequences. He is already on Craigs list and Facebook advertising for partners for a pizza business now. Please help us seek justice. Sincerely, Roxanne Powell

    Just spoken with the owner. How ironic they were kicked out the same time they didn't pay me my rent. I have also spoken with the manager at BP gas station. Matt is still on probation and I will see to it that he and Preston Roseboro and Tesha Clark get prosecuted. There is no sand hills collision at 910-425-8664.

    Since you don't own a collision company you can have your bumpers back that you left on my porch. I have some tenants that are moving tomorrow. Otherwise they will be given to a junk yard.

    The name of the real company is Luky"s at 910-391-5198 they were kicked out. The company below doesn't exist there I just spoke with the manager. I will see you all in court on July 16.

Richard Matthew Clark was arrested Tuesday and charged with one fugitive count, and a count of obtaining property by false pretense. The false pretense charge was filed against Clark by authorities in New Hanover County. Following the arrest Clark was placed in the Catawba County Jail under a total bond of 120,000 dollars, he was scheduled to appear in court today and has another appearance scheduled for January 5th.

  • A Couple months ago this happened to me as well. I paid Tesha $4000 to be a partner in her "Airheadz Graphics LLC". As of right now she is avoiding my emails and her cell phone is disconnected (252-320-5122).

  • The phone numbe you have works, you have to text them it doesnt except phone calls. post all that you know, i will gather this information as well. and submitted it to teh correct team. They read what we post which is great. I know they read what I post. I guess I was not as dumb as they are.
