In May I received the supplement FirmBones in the mail without any paperwork or invoice. The package said it was from Enutra in Salt Lake City. I thought a relative sent it to me and didn't think much about it but never took the product. Today (06/13/12) I received a different supplement from Enutra. Again, no invoice or contact information. So, I googled Enutra and found thousands of complaints from people whose accounts had been charged for products they never ordered from this company. However, there was no website for Enutra so I still had no contact info. I don't have a credit card outside of my bank/debit card so I looked at my account online...sure enough, two charges one for $50.24 in May and one on June 9 for $50.45 from a company called ECESUPPORT.COM, phone number 877-691-6152!! I called. He said they worked with many companies and that Enutra was one of them (although when he said goodbye he said "Thanks for calling ENUTRA"). After trying to explain to me what the supplements were good for and I told him I didn't care because I hadn't order it, he said he could cancel my account and blacklist me (whatever that means). But, that he couldn't reimburse me. I told him that was fraudulent. THEN he said he could reimburse me for the June charges. I told him what he would find if he googled "Enutra" and that I would be calling the police and the better business bureau if I didn't get ALL of my money back. After that he said my account would be credited in full within 7-10 business days. I got a confirmation # and his name and a thanks for calling Enutra in a less than cheery voice. I will post here if I see the money or not!
