I ordered some wedding jewelry on www.lightinthebox.com. it said shipping from 10-20 days so i paid for 7day shipping. i never received an email saying it was shipped. So, i went to they're website and tracked order and it showed that the item was shipped. I sent dozens of emails to them. they have no contact number what so ever. Just a suppose to be live chat that is not live. No one never contacted me back through email or phone. Today is 6/13/2012 and I'm still contacting them and getting no results.... purchase on PayPal, so hopefully PayPal gives my money back.. if not i will be writing about PayPal too.

  • I have paid for a lot thing through paypal all you have to do is call them there phone # is right next to the charge on your bank statement . They are very nice and they will give you back your money with no problem . How long has it been since you originally order the product. Because you might have to wait a little while but keep all your emails because they will ask you to send them to Paypal as documentation that you have been in good faith trying to resolve this matter and they are ignoring you . I have never had a problem with paypal giving me my money back EVER. GOOD LUCK PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT HAPPENS YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY I HAVE LEARNED I NEVER BUY ANYTHING ON LINE UNLESS I PAY THROUGH PAYPAL THEY GUARANTEE EVERYTHING YOU PURCHASE .
