I applied for a payday advance online and was contacted several time by the number 2092573135 while at work, when I called the number back an Indian woman answered and asked my name and zip code and proceeded to tell me my loan had been approved and someone would call me back in 15mins. I never got a callback, so I called them back and the same Indian lady answered and told me they'd call me back and hung up. While waiting I was contacted by a different number 2037569834 and an Indian man claiming he was from the federal government and I was awarded a $7,000 grant I didn't have to payback, when I asked what the grant was for he simply hung up. When I called the cash advance number again they knew my name and information and again said they would call me back, which they never did and they never disclosed the company name or any reps names. I called several times from my phone with no answer so I blocked my number and called 6 times in order to get them to answer and demanded the name of the company and the address and phone number and an Indian man finally rudely obliged. I was never told online during my application process my number would be given to other marketing companies but I had 8 different calls from different marketing companies in one day alone. I was also never given any information after my application was submitted about any approval or denial, which doesn't meet legal credit guidelines and the attorney general needs to look into this company and their fraudulent practices.
