The Orgreenic cookware does work as a non-stick surface until after a dozen uses. I have found that I have a nasty brown stain that does not come off after scrubbing. The pan condition in my case has deteriorated. I have photos to prove it and sent them to the company.
I am a professionally trained chef, and know how to properly "season" the pan as instructed by the company. But the discoloration that has occurred means there is something wrong with the pan's ability to maintain the non-sticking environment.
