I was a victim of identity theft and somehow this company got a hold of all my info. They made a deposit into my account without my consent. Good thing i have a habit of checking my bank accounts almost everyday. I notice deposit right away called my bank and made it known i had no clue who this hydra funds is. I was advice there was nothing i could do being that transaction was put thru and the best thing to do was close account in which i did leaving only the funds deposited. Trying to call was a failure. So when i received and email from hydra i wrote back stating that they had no consent or agreement on paper from me and they needed to remove their funds. They had the nerve to send me a contract after the deposit was made in which again made it clear i did not agree to anything i send a statement of closed account showing funds were not used of course i had to erase the new account number being that statement shiws transfer to new account and they finally took their money bank. Word of advice always check your bank account and if you see something your not aware of close account only leaving deposited funds and write back and let them know you did not agree to anything and for them to remove the money. When asked for a statement nake sure your new account number doesnt show as a transfer and if so white it out or block it out before sending statement and they will remove with no penalty since they know they are scamming then report to the better bussiness bureau the more complaints filed thru bbb the better chances of getting this scam company shut down.
