I bought a necklace of a scammed company Swarovski-sale.com which delivered a wrong and sultry item after 4 weeks waiting and is a necklace that you will never pay for 5usd. I am trying to contact them with 3 emails with no success then I contact yourspay.com who seem to appear as a bank in Asia and they said that they would contact them. Both this company are scammed companies, I just want to get a full refund and they will not give me. Please help me
