I do not know this company they have taken the money from my account. I never applied for a loan, my bank account has been compromised again! So how do I get it back, any ideas?. I cannot get into the site or contact anyone it appears they are very dodgy when you cannot get into their site making it impossible to cliam back money

There is their website. Register an account and then once you do, you can contact them and leave a complaint. If you inform your bank that it was an unlawful transaction as well, then they will review it for you.
Threaten to report them to trading standards and that you are willing to take them to court over the matter and they will try and settle the case to prevent back publicity -
