I purchased their course and all it is, is a list of procedures that I can get for free on the internet. They are selling free information to people. I want my money back. They claim that they give you all the vital tools and skills needed to become a CNA, but don't clarify what it is, until you purchase it. I demanded a refund, but they refused. I feel scammed.

Furthermore, I can assure you the material located within the course is part of a published copyrighted work, not something that is found freely on the internet. Prior to signing up for the course prospective students are free to request a overview of the course and we (FCO support) will provide the best "preview" of the course. Typically we do not offer full refunds after a student has been exposed to the content of the course and has utilized it. However, we are willing to provide you a refund. Please contact our support staff immediately so we can work things out with you. Again, I apologize for your dissatisfaction and can assure you we take pride in the course we offer our students.
