They tried to charge me $7300 for a loose wire. i ended up having to give the $200 to get my backhoe back from them. I had already gave them $400 for a service call. then then tried to tell me they had to replace all of the harnesses for a total cost of $6900. rip off artists.

  • Customer felt he did not have to pay for any parts or labor when he brought his machine to us to have it repaired. He initially payed up about $400 for our Road Technician to travel to his location and diagnose the machine. The machine would not start and our Technician was able to get the machine to start and drive so the customer could bring the machine to us for further repairs that could not be done in the fiueld. An animal had eaten his wire harness after he did not use the machine for several months. We attempted to work with the customer and he was persistent in not paying us anything. His lawyer ultimately got involved and the customer ended up paying us $200.00 We treated the customer fairly and with respect.
