I signed up for this website without doing my research as I had thought it was a valid website with the advertising from cnn news and what not...but in any case, I immediately realized that it was not as easy as they had advised so I had cancelled my membership within the 30 day trial period. I had cancelled it on 5/21/12 and I have not received my refund. They had sent me an email confirming my request was being processed and it would take 5 business days to post back to my acct. It is now 25 days later and I have yet to receive my refund. I have inquired several times (4) and have spoken to a so called Supervisor and yet all he can say is that he is the head of their customer service and will immediately address this issue with their billing dept. on 6/11/12 I was advised that the credit was going to be processed and I should receive my credit that day and as you can see I have not received my credit as I submit this complaint.
