i signed up at this website. they do not have a phone number to speak with somebody. they want your money first then will contact you. They told me everything was good to go and i can start using their service.. The phone number they gave me does not work. i could not receive calls. I spoke with an original company i have been using and they said they never heard of "jail call solutions and they thought it was odd".. tried to call the number jcs called me from and it sounds like a cell phone answering machine which they never answered nor responded..they gave me a link to a website to try and fix my problem which did not exist. Will not refund my money nor cancel my service. Had to go to my back and close out my accouts because they keep trying to take money out
