I ordered one trial offer on May 21, on May 23 I received a phone call & was told my order was not filled, so could she re-enter the order; ok fine. Then I received two trial orders,& was told to ship it back if I did'nt like the product. The cream caused my skin to peel off, then I tried to cancel both orders and was told by two people I had but one account, one man told me he could'nt find the info, so to protect myself I should cancel through my credit card. One woman canceled one account and said I had to wait 24 hours to get varification that the second could be canceled. 24 hours latter they could not find that account, even though they had billed me for 89.95. I went to my bank and hope to get a full refund.
