I signed up with Vendors Choice Merchants on 05/07/2012. I was to sell credit card processing to clients at a reduced rate of 1 1/2% to 2%. I was to receive a training packet in 3 to 5 business days. In the mean time I searched for any scams regarding this company, which I should have done before I signed up with them. I was told that I would not have to pay the fee until my first sale. It was charged immediately which caused me to question their intergrity. I ran accross all of the complaints that are included in this dispute. VCMerchants did give me a refund on 05/11/2012. BUT THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION ON 05/30/2012. I am seeking restitution from them but the numbers that I was given never answer. The canned response is "no one is available at ext 3290". There are 3 numbers, 866-288-9131 ext 3290, 866-518-4356 ext 3290. The third number is 623-321-4356. The third number asks in a canned voice "which ext are you trying to reach?" It does not give you the option of a look-up by name. There is no operator to talk to. There are not options to address certain problems like for customer service press 1, for more information press 2. I have found out from other complaints on this site that you have to pay exhorbitant rates to buy leads. That is not what I signed up for and the fact that they have charged an additional $495.00 to my credit card assures me that I am dealing with fraud. The consultant id number that I was assigned was 030172. They are also a part of many other fraudulent companies. I will file a complaint with the Attorney General's office.
