I was surfing the net for a loan and on 4/19/2012 there was a charge of 4/19 and 4/20 there was a charge on my Bank Account there was a charge of $30 each for these two companies which after investigation found out they are the same Company. Each charge me $30 which caused NSF to my account of $66.00 from the bank plus $30 each from these companies. I never did get my loan from either of these companies and the bank will not refund the NSF charges unless these companies, The companies say these charges are Payday Advance enrollment charges. I never did enroll. I am out $126.00. I have now filed complaints with the Better Business, State Attorney General and the Federal Trade commission, but am still out my money. I need that money as I am a 72 year old woman living on a single income.
