my childs money got paid in to my bank and £68.99 was taken out by these people i have never heard of i was looking on my bank statment and saw it there and i dont know what to do i just want my money back please canu help me

- email then directly, i finally got an answer from [email protected], also try [email protected], its happening to lots of people, i got a reply and the said they would refund my money minus a £5 admin charge, they said within 30days, ill let you know wehn i get it, please also tell office of fair trading, they have lots of complaints already, lets get these con artists shut down, good luck
