I am a contractor trying to protect others- I DID NOT fall for this scam- here are details- The sales calls are from pre recorded message from "michael" the calls come from at least 3 different area codes. There are at least 3 operators- Rachael, Cathy, and the "owner" Lisa. None would give any of the following: Business address, last name of an officer or sales rep, ANY bank contact info to verify they are doing business on bank foreclosures. I was hung up on 3 times trying to get this info! They WILL NOT take any transaction other than online payments- to protect actual business address, which I was told was from Texas. Now I am trying to "spread the word"- this scam is very similar to Contractors.com a few years back.
