I'm a regular customer with Groupon, a lot of countries where its services is provided, and have referred lots of my friends too.

recently my experience with this salon, would change my whole idea, as it was over the board, very unethical, careless and irresponsible,, and simply told me to conta Groupon for a refund, although everybody knows that groupon is a virtual network structure, and almost impossible to contact anybody there!!!

I bought the package option 2 ( Facial, Massage, mani-pedi + Blow dry) in Magnifique Beauty Lounge.
1.I called many times for appointment.V bad service, they leave you on hold forever, then say they 'll call back and they never call back. Also , you'll be on the phone with them, and they simply put you on hold without even asking permission!

2.When I finally got to talk to them, they told me they don't have a facial practitioner, and simply refected to do that service.. they said if you don't like it, just go to Groupon and get a refund.
I kept negotiating with them, till Jennifer promised me that I can get a hair oil treatment instead.

3.I had made an appointment, but then they said I should just come within half an hour if I want all the services done!! It was a holiday and I was looking for a good relaxing day. I was on my way to them, and 2 minutes before the appointment they call me to tell me to come the next day, because the masseusse left for the day. I said it's fine, I can get the other serices done!

4.I went in, they took the voucher to get the code.. they said the masseusse hasn't left yet,, and asked me to undress and I was lying 'naked' on the massage table , waiting and waiting, and nobody came to start the massage. when I finally got fed up, I got dressed and went to see them, only to find 4-5 of their personnel at the reception desk- doing nothing!

5. when I complained , they simply told me that they are just not going to do the facial as they don't hae a professional to do it, and I can do whatever I want, they won't even bother compensating with another service as they cannot change the service I bought.
I asked the other customers if they think this is fair, as I feel I'm simply getting ripped off!! at this point they made me speak on the phone to who they claimed is the owner, and when I told her they're telling me they'll not do the facial, she told me that I'm lying and her staff would never tell me such thing!! And she told me that I have to go to Groupon to complain. I said I'm sure this is nothing to do with Groupon, and it's a salon problem, she simply said, that she'll ask you directly to credit me the full amount, because she can't give the service.

I would like to get the full refund the soonest possible.
Appreciate your help, and cooperation, so that I can continue to use your services.
