I, too, was charged $29.95 with a check from the company. I called the number on the check and was given a refund confirmation number by Shalonda..(yea,right!!)..to be received in 3 to 6 days. I watched, and after 6 days I called again...was told she would check on it. I called numerous times and got recording to leave a message, which I did each time. Finally, the number was NO GOOD.I called the police and they filed the report. Went to the bank, got a copy of the check..Police officer said to go to a govt website and fill out complaint...Done....haven't heard anything yet. Bank did refund the money and is supposed to be investigating it, but for $29.95 , they will probably just write it off. Hopefully the Govt website will get enough complaints and find out something ! I also have Discover and Direct TV !!! Hmmmmm...Wonder just how much they got total !!!
