I'd like to report a website cpaloanprovider.com and cpaprovider.com that hosts a payday loan affiliate scheme.
The actual page https://form.cpaleadprovider.com/ or https://form.cpaprovider.com/ is 'plugged' into hundreds of websites the world over.
At one point statmyweb noted over 2000 back-links and 30,000 per day logging in the main site and 450 using this form.
One 'affiliate' using this form is 'hydra fund 1,2,3' listed here with huge implications.

I would imagine as the bank details processed go straight to Thailand using that form, it originates there.
