This company preys on senior citizens. They send info about a big cash win about the same time as Publishers Clearing House. They ask for $20 in cash for documents and processing of the big money win. They send out a final notice of the big win about every three weeks as an "advertisement request form". Older citizens are apt to just send the fee in hopes of winning three million dollars.
