On 4/24/12 we had 2 people show up at our home with a truck and frozen meat,as we are both seaniors we told them we could not afford the things they were offering,and the lady Tamara kept breaking the packs and we got from $600.00 to $368.00 plus tax plus two packs of chicken and we after more then a hour gave in and paid her with a charge card.We intended to finish out our meat in the freezer and then start the new stuff ,We did and WHAT A BIG SURPRISE we got....
the chicken brests were about as bog as banny brests no taste and not good at all next we tried the steaks they were vsry thin and frozen with lots of salt (we were told all fresh no preservates and angus)well that ant'e true.Small tasteless salty tough not just one but several that we tried.WE have not tried the fish thinking we were better off not to/we have called Tamara on the number she gave us several times/5/16/12-5/25/12-5/29/12-6/2/12-she finally called me and told me to try grilling the steaks from frozen and let her know how it worked then hung up,before I could say no.I called her back and no anser so I left one final message after all the others I was tired of trying to be nice.So I said I wanted my money back and intended to call my card and file with the BBB,she called me back and said not to do that she would contact her company and get back to me well today is6/18/12 and no word from her yet so here goes.The company is Capital Meats INC. Don't do it just close the door ,if they get in they won't leave till you give up.
