Unauthorized access and charges to my account. I ordered the TRIAL for 4.95. Within 48hours I was contacted by a rep about ordering refills @ a 15% discount I declined because I not even received the product yet. That was the only contact with these people. Today I looked up my account to see a 114.95 charge to my account. I contacted them by phone and the rep told Me that was the price of the KIT I ordered and more or less tough luck that it is in the agreement.
