Last week, 6/11/2012, I sent money to purchase a puppy via western union and never received my puppy. These people emailed, text and called me stating that they had a puppy for sale and swindled me out of my money. Originally they asked for $450.00. ship the puppy from Spokane, WA. via airplane. Once the initial amount was received they then needed $950.00 for puppy safety insurance to get 900.00 instantly returned. I never received my puppy. It was a scam. Here is the email correspondence:

No don't worry they are legit , You can send them the money . Is there a way you can get the money out in cash and send it directly at a western union store? I can look some western unon stores around you so that you go there and send them the money ? It will be much faster that way . You just try and see how you can get the money out and send to them using money iin Minute service through western union . it will be much faster .let me know what you think

Yes I think I can handle that. I just wanted to make sure they were not trying to run a scam on me. So, yes, that will work. I'm at work now and can only call when i leave , I'm sorry i did not tell you . i never knew it was going to be needed again since some state do no need insurance . but the company told me that all shipments now need insurance so i could not do anything but just to send the dog still . But i will help you out with some of the money so that we jointly pay it and when you have the money given back to you , then you send my part back to me. is that okay with you?
