Like the other complaints I too was alerted by my bank that this company withdrew $30 from my account causing an overdraft. When I called they say I applied for a loan on line and for a fee of $30 they can get me a loan. I did not apply to them, when I called another time and was told it is a 30 money back guarantee, so I requested by money back since I have not received nor applied for a loan. They said I needed to go in and verify my information, I told them why should I verify the information they have if I have not applied for a loan. I requested a hard copy of the "so called loan papers I filled out online, they said they don't have access to them, I requested an account number since they say I have an account with them, they hang up.
