An insurance agent of Insphere Solutions signed me up for some kind of insurance policy with out me knowing about it. My account has been debited $36 a month now for 17 months. The sales agent Bret Anton never calls back to resolve the problem. I called to try and get my money back from The Alliance. They hold this so called policy and refuse to refund my money. I asked them to send me the agreement.

I've dealt with this company before; unfortunately they didn't just "sign you up without you knowing". Insphere salesmen work by presenting your health insurance, along with two or three other services you don't want or need, as one large item. They even give you a giant final price as if it were a single product, to trick you into signing up.
If you've been paying 36 a month, it's because you physically signed something that allowed them to; their agents can't do a thing without your signature and approval. Unfortunately, you will probably not get that money back, as you did agree to pay it.
Let this be a learning experience: always read what you're signing, and when a random stranger mysteriously acquires your number and demands to meet with you to sell you something that you can easily buy yourself, HANG UP. -
