I have been unable to make or receive phone calls for almost 3 weeks. I had not received my 250 monthly minutes in May or this month. I tried to contact them by phone can't get a rep. I try on their website can get anyone. I purchased the unlimited talk and text for 26.50 and still unable to talk or text. It is suppose to be a government assistance program is this how the government help the poor! Taking the little money they do have! I am so upset!
