On Apr.27, 2012 I ordered a pair of Teva Sandals from Kelly-Mall - after non-receipt of item I googled online, Kelly-Mall and saw where there had been numerous hits on this site, being a 'scam'. Since I paid by PayPal I called them a total of 3X over a period of a couple of months - 2X they stated that the problem would be resolved in ten days from the phone call but never received credit to my bank account. Third time I called I found out that they closed the case and that I should call my bank for dispute and resolution. PayPal stated that merchant told them item shipped - I never received shoes - what I did receive in the mail from someone in China was a 2 cent shower cap in an envelope 3X4 inch envelope - it was like a sample. It was sent from an unknown company, not Kelly-Mall. PayPal seemed to connect this shower-cap to Kelly-Mall and closed the dispute - they considered that I received 'something' - Jane Steinhauer -(Personal Info Removed)
